How to use:

Add 2 to 5 drops to an oil burner or vaporiser (unless using electric one, make sure to blow off a candle before going to bed). Use 1 to 2 drops on a tissue and inhale directly, or cotton pad and place in a pillow case.

Essential oils of Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender True), Agonis fragrans (Fragonia TM), Citrus bergamia (Bergamot)* Bergapten free, Citrus x paradisi (Grapefruit White), Origanum marjorana (Marjoram Sweet), Cananga odorata (Ylang Ylang)*, Rosa damascena (Damask Rose) Absolute, Boswellia carterii (Frankincense), Vetiveria zizanoides (Vetiver)*, Nardostachys jatamansi (Spikenard). *Certified Organic

 

Nardostachys jatamansi (Spikenard): Known as ‘Jesus Oil’ as it was used to anoint Jesus’ feet at The Last Supper. With its anti-inflammatory and sedative properties, this precious oil is used to treat grief, fear, anger, anxiety, depression and insomnia. It is used sparingly as it is energetically powerful.

Agonis fragrans (Fragonia TM): Australian native. Used to balance emotions and treat emotional blockages.

Boswellia carterii (Frankincense): This ancient oil is also known as ‘Let Go’ oil. Excellent for treating grief, depression and stress.
